With around a decade of professional experience, Ramson is dedicated to advancing cultural preservation and advocacy for Indigenous communities. As the founder of MIKIA Kenya, he leads initiatives to safeguard Indigenous Knowledge, fostering its transmission to future generations. At MIKIA, our mission aligns with his passion for protecting the heritage and wisdom of Indigenous cultures, ensuring their survival and relevance in a rapidly changing world. He is driven to develop impactful strategies that empower communities and promote the value of cultural heritage globally.
At MIKIA, Ramson guides efforts to preserve Indigenous Knowledge and promote its sustainability in modern contexts. His expertise in research, advocacy, and community engagement is rooted in his previous roles, where he studied climate change effects on peacebuilding and coordinated research on developmental impacts in East Africa. Ramson’s work reflects a strong commitment to creating inclusive platforms that amplify marginalized voices and advance equitable development.
